On arrival at KM 16/42-16/40 on DN main line inbetween Serampore R/S – Rishra R/S. Promptly photograph of the deceased was taken at PO and Surathal report of the deceased was prepared at the spot and during surathal the identity of the deceased could not be established.

On the basis of the Rly. Memo the above U.D. Case has been started. E.O.– SI Biplab Mondal.

On arrival at in between DN main line KM – 31/20- 31/18 between station CGR-MUU near CGR. Promptly photograph of the deceased was taken at PO and Surathal report of the deceased was prepared on the spot and during surathal the identity of the deceased could not be established.

Today (22.12.2018) at 22:55 hrs received a Rly. Memo from R.K. Basu on duty SM of Chandannagar  R/S to the effect that one unknown male person aged about 42 yrs runover and killed by 13018 DN body lying in between DN main line and Rev Line at KM – 32/22 [ CGR DN PF BDC End ].

On the basis of the Rly. Memo the above U.D. Case has been started. E.O.– SI Biplab Mondal.

On arrival at in between DN main line and Rev Line at KM – 32/22 [CGR DN PF BDC End]. Promptly photograph of the deceased was taken at PO and Surathal report of the deceased was prepared on the spot and during surathal the identity of the deceased could not be established.

DESCRIPTION AS FOLLOWS: -

Sex: Male, Age: 42 yrs (approx); Height: - 5’5” (Approx), Built: - Medium, Complexion: - Shyamla, Face- Long,   Eye: Both eyes Half Opened, Hair: - Black.

Spl. I/D Mark: Nil 

W/A: - blue Full Jacket, Red And White print Full Ganji, khyri Colour half hata ganji, Black full pant, White black print half pant, White Half pant.

The E.O has taken-up the photograph of the deceased as well as P.O and observes all formalities (.) Memo from, on duty Station Master of Chinsurah R/S, Eastern Rly. to the effect that one unknown female person aged about 22  yrs  was knock down by train no.37284 at KM 37/02 -36/36 in between Chinsurah R/S AND Hooghly  R/S  and dead body is lying  on DN M/L track. On the basis of the above Railway Memo the noted U/D Case has been started. E.O- ASI S.K.Shill (.)

D/R of the deceased after preliminary enquiry: -

Sex: - feMale, Age: - 22 yrs (approx), Height: - 4’2” (approx), Built: - thin, Complexion: - fair, Face: long closed, Hair: - long &Black.

W/A: - Green churider, light blue Jeans, blue colour upper inner wear and black slacks (.)

Photograph has been taken over the dead body at P.O (.)

Nothing was found from the possession and surrounding of the deceased to estabilized her identity.  

The dead body will be send to IB Sadar Hospital Chinsurah Police Morgue Hooghly for holding PM examination.

On 23.12.18 at about 02.45 hrs found an unknown male aged not known brought by Naba Kr. Mondal Mob. No. 9748826547 and Manosh Mondal Mob No. 9051274450. at Gabberia S.G Hospital where he was declared as 'Brought Dead' by the on duty MO Dr. Sukanta Debnath vide Reg No.  29001 Dt. 23.12.18. Local enquiry was made by contacting the local people and it could be learnt that the person may be a Matilal Gupta (55 years) s/o Shib Shankar Gupta of Vill+PO+PS- Jogbani, Dist-Aroria, Bihar. The said person came to J.B.Pur PS area near Lagoon Bar today i.e 23.12.18 and felt uneasy. Local people send him to Gabberia S.G Hospital. The M.O of said Hospital declare him as brought dead. O/C J.B. Pur PS and O/C Jagboni PS may kindly be taken needful action regarding identification of decease specially. 

However, arrangements have been made for P.M Examination over the dead body through O/C, Panchla PS to ascertain actual cause of death. Dead body will be send to Uluberia Police Morgue.

Therefore let me know the below noted points.

 1)    Briefly fact of this case?   

2)    Whether any specific Case has started in your PS or not?

3)    Whether there any foul play has been detected behind the death of deceased or not?

4)    Whether P.M examination is necessary or not?

5)    Whether Magisterial inquest is Necessary or not?
