| 2. Enter necessary information in the screen. | |
| a. Choose a Username (Login ID) and Password which you can easily remember. | |
| b. Fields which are marked with star (*) are mandatory and needs to be filled. | |
| c. Fill-up the two mandatory security questions as per your choice. | |
| d. Remember the security answers as it will be required in case you forget your password. | |
| 3. Click on 'Submit' button,if you are sure that you have filled the form correctly. | |
| 4. Then you recived One Time Password (OTP) from your Mobile No. | |
| 5. Then you put Correct OTP and click Signup Button. | |
| 6. Click on 'Clear' button to remove all the entered data in the form. | |
| 7. Click on 'Close' button to go back to login page. | |

| Password should be between 8 to 30 characters. Password should have at least 1 special character, 1 number and 1 alphabet. Users are requested not to create multiple accounts to avoid complication. | |

| 1. If you have forgotten your password click on 'Forgot Password' link. | |
| 2. You will have to enter the security answers that you had entered at the time of creating the account. Correct answers will give you an option to create a new password. | |
